*** Saving a Photo into your picture file...
1.  First make sure you have a "My Pictures" file set up; if not create one.
2.  Locate the picture you want to save from the Internet, in an e-mail, etc.
3.  RIGHT click on the picture to get a pop-up menu.
4.  Select save as.
5.  To "My Picture" file, give it a name.
6.  Select save.

*** Inserting a Photo... into a Word document or Powerpoint...
1.  Open the Word document or Powerpoint.
2.  Click your cursor in the location you wish the photo to appear.
3.  On the menu bar at the top, select,- insert.
4.  Select - picture,
5.  Select - from file.
6.  When your picture files open up, locate the photo you wish to insert.
7.  Double click on the photo, or single click and select insert.
8.  The photo should now be in the document.
9.  Resize the photo by clicking on it and dragging from the corner or it will distort it.

    *** Sending a Photo...
         1.  Open your Outlook or e-mail account.
         2.  Prepare the e-mail as you normally would.
         3.  To send an attachment, look for a paper clip icon at the top menu bar.
         4.  Cllick on the paper clip and this will open your files.
         5.  Browse your "My Pictures" file until you locate the photo you wish to attach.
         6.  Double click the photo.
         7.  You will see the attached file name in a menu box at the top of the e-mail.
         8.  The picture will "load" and get "mailed" when you send the e-mail.>
