| Edwin Hubble was a great man. He was born in 1889 and he died in 1953. In his life time, he discovered that galaxies are moving away from us. He also discovered that the universe is expanding. He looked into space with his own invention, the Hubble Telescope. Scientists today have telescopes that can look a lot farther into space than the Hubble Telescope. The Hubble Telescope isn't the most powerful telescope in the world, but it was in his day. | |
