As National Nurses Week ends, we want to thank all our wonderful school nurses. Spring Break!


Don't miss the SBSD Fine Arts Festival tonight, April 17th! The event is at SBHS from 5:30-8:30 pm. The evening will open with African drumming by Victor Koblavi
Dogah, followed by music & drama performances throughout the evening! Art rooms will display the artwork from students at all 5 schools & have hands on activities, including clay mask making and a wheel throwing demonstration. Performances of 10 Reasons Not To Be in a Play, the student directed one-acts start at 6:15 pm. It is FREE to attend so come out & support SBSD arts!

We're thrilled to announce that Winnie Adamson, Rama AL Namee, and Elizabeth Nahstoll have brought home a huge victory from the VT STEM Fair! 🎉 Their hard work and dedication have earned them an all-expenses-paid trip to LA, where they'll compete at the International Science & Engineering fair! 🌍💡
But that's not all! 🙌 Pax Larkin also made us incredibly proud by bringing home a haul of awards, including a full-ride scholarship for a prestigious summer research program and some well-deserved cash prizes! 💰👏

Over 450 students from 27 schools across Vermont submitted essays for @sensanders State of the Union Essay contest and @sbhsvt Freshman Oliva Gray was one of the 15 finalists! Earlier this month, the finalists joined Senator Sanders at the Vermont State House for a roundtable discussion. Congratulations on this amazing achievement, Olivia!
